Overview: Charming con artist Victor "Viffer" Hansen and his friend Richard Abelsteen pull off a million-dollar scam in Sweden. Disguised as Swedish diplomats representing the royal family, they swindle Italian businessman Vittorio Fercci out of 10 million Swedish kronor by arranging a marriage between the king and Vittorio's daughter Marcellina.
