I Prosfugopoula (1938)

Overview: A wealthy man, Luke, lives happily with his wife, a refugee from the Caucasus, and their daughter. When a cousin, accompanied by a charming woman, visits them, the family man will fall into the trap and give up his wife. She will leave their daughter together, and she will become a singer. Luke, having suffered the extortion of his cousin and given him a large sum of money, will seek his wife and ask her to forgive him.
