Overview: Fawzya suffers from the treatment of her husband Ahmed who doesn't pay her enough attention. After Ahmed refuses to divorce Fawzya, she decides to have a sex change surgery and becomes a man. Fawzya suffers a lot after changing her sex and their child loses his mother's tenderness.
